I’m an experienced Mobile Sports Massage Therapist based in Halstead Essex. 
Having recovered from multiple spinal fractures as a child I’m a believer in taking an holistic approach where possible.
I treat injuries including but not limited to: muscles/ tendons/ ligaments, back pain, bursitis, carpel tunnel, compartment syndrome, frozen shoulder, golf/ tennis elbow, IT band syndrome, lymphoedema, Osgood Schlatters disease, opatello femoral syndrome (chondromalacia patella,) piriformis syndrome/ sciatica, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, spasmodic torticolis, sprains, strains, RSI and whiplash.
